I started my career as a developer and grew into project and program leadership, handling complex digital products, cross-functional teams and multi-million–dollar deliveries.
 

From the outside, everything looked “successful”. On the inside, I was running on fumes — long hours, constant pressure, little patience at home, health taking a back seat.
